About Our Program
Here at Hillside Family Puppies we strive to raise happy, healthy puppies, suitable for a variety of families and individuals. It is very important to us to raise healthy, well adjusted puppies with friendly, happy temperaments. Puppies are introduced to potty training, sleeping in kennels from about 4 wks of age, and countless hours holding, cuddling, and introducing new toys and experiences to make the transition from our home to yours as smooth as possible. All puppies come with a complete vet check and up to date on all vaccines and dewormers. Above all, the health and happiness of our puppies and the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if we feel it is in the best interest of the puppy.
Visits are always welcome but because of our location not always convenient. We are happy to schedule a facetime apt so you can meet the puppies and myself and vise versa. We have a customer review pg on our website that you are welcome to view and I can provide references as well. We do our best to make you feel comfortable and confident about buying a puppy from us.
We have placed puppies in homes across Canada. The delivery cost is the customer’s but we do our best to make it as affordable as we can while ensuring the puppy is well cared for and in good hands. We ourselves will drive hours to meet at a location convenient for our customers at no extra charge or very minimal depending on the number of hours of travel. We can also fly out your puppy if ground transportation is not available.
I require a deposit to hold a puppy for you until puppy is of age to join your family for a number of reasons. 1) It ensures you receive the puppy you chose. 2) I’ve been ghosted too many times with a no show if there’s no deposit given. Driving for hours only to find no one is there to pick up the puppy. This is not only unfair to us but to the puppy as well. 3) It tells me you are serious about providing a home for one of our puppies. Pls don’t be upset with me when a puppy is sold that you have asked me about. I do my best to give everyone time to make a decision but I can’t hold a puppy for you indefinitely on just your interest. It’s not fair to the puppy or to the person who actually wants the pup. If you are serious about providing a home for a puppy a deposit will guarantee you get one.
Lastly I also have a facebook page hillside family puppies. I will most often post pictures and videos on there rather than here, it’s just easier. FB has been deleting a lot of posts so my apologies ahead of time if content is no longer available. Thank you for understanding.
