Your puppy comes to you with a health certificate from an initial visit to my veterinarian proclaiming him/her to be healthy . Your puppy will be up to date on vaccinations and deworming. You have a grace period of 30 days, from date of delivery, in which you can have your puppy health checked by your own vet, at your own expense. If the vet advises you to return the puppy for medical reasons you may return the puppy, at your own expense, and have your money refunded. This is only applicable if the reason for return is not from something that happened while in your care, or puppy contracts parvo or any viral disease after the first 7 days in your care. You must have a signed statement from the vet detailing the puppy’s condition. If puppy is found to be ill within the first week of purchase I must be notified within 24 hrs of the examination. Depending on the severity of the illness or treatment 1) puppy may be returned and money refunded 2) you may keep the puppy, send a copy of the vet report to myself and I will help pay for prescription medication only up to a maximum of $300. Please note this does not apply to parasites, worms, fleas, mites or intestinal parasites such as giardiasis or coccidia.

The initial deposit is only refundable if something happens to the puppy while in our care or the vet finds something wrong with the puppy at the puppy’s 7-8 week vet check. In this situation you have a few options: 1) have your money refunded 2) place your deposit on another puppy that’s available for the same price 3) depending on the severity of what the vet finds, a possible discount on the total price

Your puppy is guaranteed for one year, from the date of birth, against any life threatening genetic or hereditary disease or defects. This is only applicable if you have kept your puppy in good health and problems don’t arise because of poor lifestyle choices such as over strenuous exercise when puppy is still too young, obesity, feeding your puppy food that is unhealthy for puppies, etc.

I, the breeder, certifies the puppy to be in good health to the best of my knowledge. I do my best to ensure that your puppy is healthy and cannot guarantee the lifetime health of any pup beyond its condition at time of sale.

Selling above said puppy to another party nullifies this health guarantee and total responsibility is yours, the buyer.
